What we collect
When you apply for Beheld, Embracing Eden, LLC collects the information you choose to share in the application, including your name, email address, preferred contact method, and personal reflections. If you become a companion, we may also retain our correspondence, signed agreement, payment records, and notes created in the course of the companionship.
How we use it
Your information is used only to consider your application, communicate with you, provide Beheld, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Your application is read by April West. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services that help the offering operate
Application submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to Embracing Eden by email. If you enter Beheld, other providers may process information needed for electronic signatures, payments, video conversations, or messaging. Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legitimate legal, tax, and business-record needs. You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information by emailing hello@embracingeden.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
